I looked at many options for a website for my new online cosmetics business including doing it myself but it was my accountant who convinced me to have a look at Grass Media. From the first phone call, I felt in safe hands and they went out of their way to meet my (frankly ridiculous) timescales. What's more, it didn't cost as much as I had budgeted!
Pleasure to deal with
We're only a small plumbing firm so really didn't have a lot of money to spend. We'd had quotes from a number of local firms ranging from a few hundred quid to over 3 grand! Happily, we found Grass Media who guided us in the right direction and, although we spent a bit more than we expected, it's been worth every penny.

I learned the hard way
My website was a bit of an afterthought, I must admit. I had no money and a 'friend' offered to make me one for free so I jumped at the chance. Unfortunately it never really got finished then the friend moved to Spain, we lost touch and I couldn't update anything. I learned the hard way that you really do get what you paid for!

Nigel stepped-in, transferred the broken site to his own servers and had us back up and running in just a few hours. Since then, we've had them re-design our site from the bottom up and we're delighted with the results. What's more, we're now getting at least double the number of customer enquiries from the site and that's what really matters to us.
